Drive-by: Guests can decorate signs / their car and drive up to the house by respecting social distancing rules.

Online shopping! For some items, Amazon has a gift option that sends it to the address you provide. You could also ship it to your house and drop it off. Mail a card.
Make your own gift. Print out a few pictures and make a cute card. There are a lot of creative ideas online on how to create one.
